I had been away for 3 weeks and came back to an active leak into my attic and dripping on to a closet ceiling. I had known that my roof was older and would need replacing, but the torrential rain we’ve been having necessitated that it be done immediately. Thankfully Bone Dry came to the rescue, their sales consultant Nick was promptly scheduled for a visit and we went over my options. I eventually chose to not only replace my roof but to also upgrade and get new gutters with guards, new insulation in the attic, as well as a new custom made chimney chase cover (original was rusted through).
Every aspect of the work was thoroughly explained to me and communication was excellent regarding scheduling for each of the jobs. All of the workers were courteous and professional. Even the one small unfortunate blip that occurred was handled really well. My original choice of gutter color was discontinued by supplier so after I got the news from Nick, Bone Dry’s manager Mike stopped by with alternative color choices.
I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing, especially since they are a local Lexington company and have a stellar reputation.

                                    - Ann Ryan-Holden

08/06/26

★★★★★

The Bone Dry team was friendly and courteous throughout the whole project…very helpful with any questions.
