Even thought it was a Saturday, and no fault of Bone Dry\u2019s work, the general manager Adam drove out to look at my roof, put a temporary fix, and assured me he\u2019d have a team come out and fix it free of charge. I went from having a complete nightmare situation and not know how long it would be to get it fixed to an immediate remedy. You really can\u2019t ask for better service than that. They stand by their roofs and I am so appreciate of their responsiveness. First, the evaluation of my roof was done by Henry, who showed me via video and pictures\nall the areas of concern.  Second, the quote was prompt, detailed, and understandable.  All questions and concerns were addressed and resolved.  Third, Ken was in charge of the team, and his sense of communication, transparency, integrity, and focus on making the project go smoothly and professionally were, with no exception, what makes him an honorable leader who delivered what was promised and more. Greg came to our home with his sales pitch and did an amazing job because we decided to go with Bone Dry. He was courteous, professional, and really understood his product.  He told us how the process would work with this company and how detailed they were.\n\nAll things feel into place with ease and they began the project on 2\/26. I met with the project manager Israel on 2\/26 and he explained the process to me. The crew was very organized and very clean with the work. They laid tarps throughout my property to prevent debris from collecting, covered all my screens, and placed scaffolding over my AC unit. At the end of the day they cleaned up all of there material and cleaned thoroughly and took a magnet around the property to endure nails were picked up. You wouldn&#039;t even realize any work was being done at the end of the day. That how clean they were.\n\nThe project took two days, which included an inspection. At the end of the project I inspected the roof to find a flawless job.
