I cannot say enough good things about out them. I had been battling with my insurance company for a year to our repairs done. I had been dragged along by 3 other companies that said they could help me. But when it came to it they didn\u2019t follow through, stopped answering my text &amp; emails cause it wasn\u2019t worth it them to do 1:2 a rough. But Bone Dry was helpful, worked diligently with my difficult insurance &amp; did the work. Upon his return, he came with a supervisor and they, along with the insurance adjuster, walked around my house, inspecting issues that needed to be addressed. During this, I overheard the supervisor tell the rep that he didn&#039;t need to be honest with me, with the rep saying something along the lines of &quot;well if she asks, I&#039;m going to tell her.&quot; While I greatly appreciated the guy with integrity who spent time with me trying to figure out the insurance side of things, I&#039;m not going to work with someone who wants to hide things and be dishonest, so I went elsewhere.\n\nI had ZERO issues with Bone Dry. Travis was great and talked to me like I&#039;m another human being rather than a sale. The crew worked quickly and did a great job cleaning up. They had to remove decorative lights to lay down tarps and they put them all back, which isn&#039;t difficult, but much appreciated. Communication was great from the whole team and they answered any questions I had. This was my first time through this process and I&#039;d be hard-pressed to use a different company.\n\nFor readers, the price listed was total, including paid from insurance.
