I could not be happier with my choice for our roof replacement. From the very first call, to the estimate and all the way through the process, their customer service was unparalleled. Steven Blosser, you absolute legend-thank you for being patient with my 5,000 questions, my “just one more thing” texts and my mild panic when the USPS turned into the Pony Express. Their A+ BBB rating isn’t just for show-it’s 100% earned. The entire process was smooth (except for a few unavoidable hiccups-Mother Nature decided to throw a tantrum mid-project), transparent and professional. I’ve no doubt that any warranty issues that may come up in the future will be taken care of, just as thoroughly and professionally as the roof replacement. If you’re on the fence, stop hesitating, these folks are the real deal.

Bone Dry installed our new roof last Spring and did and did an excellent job. Their representative was friendly and gave us step by step information on how everything would be done from arrival to departure. The installers were friendly, efficient, and after finishing, they did a thorough job of cleaning up around the house and in the gutters. Also ( importantly), the price was reasonable. Can’t get any better than that - so I whole heartedly recommend Bone Dry for installing your new roof.

I've never worked with a company that was more responsive to email and text communications. There were many times they answered my questions on the weekend or in the evening. The installation of the roof went very well and was very fast. The Bone Dry team kept me up to date on their progress with lots of text messages and pics from on top of my house. Exceptional. But the service that completely knocked it out of the park was that they took the lead on working with our HOA to get the shingles approved for use. Five or six years ago I had Bone Dry repair a roof that was leaking. The repair person determined where the leak was, and told me what the cost would be for the repair. Because it was under $500, I did not bother getting any other estimates. We scheduled the repair for later that week. He arrived when he had said, completed the work quickly, cleaned up so you couldn’t tell anything was ever done and we never had another problem. Fast forward to September 2019. I noticed a leak in our living room ceiling and immediately called Bone Dry and two additional highly rated companies. Realizing the age of the roof, I assumed it was close to the end of it’s useful life. Although I had all three companies bid on the exact same materials and work, Zach from Bone Dry came in $200 less than the next higher quote and $2,000 less than the highest quote. Based on my prior experience, the urgency that Zach understood I was feeling and the price he presented, it was an easy choice for me to make. A few days before the job was scheduled to begin, Zach explained everything I should expect, from the delivery of the materials, to the cleanup and walk around inspection. He even sent me a text the night before with a photo of Seth, who would be the jobs supervisor. From the very beginning of the job, Seth communicated with me and kept me apprized with their progress. He texted pictures on a regular basis to the point that my questions were answered before I could ask them. The crew worked dawn til dark for three straight days and the new roof looks fabulous. After our homes and cars, the new roof is the third most expensive purchase we’ve ever made. I feel totally confident that it will be protecting this house long after we are gone. And we plan to be here for many years.

Bone Dry Roofing replaced our old gutters and shutters last year and completely changed the look of our home from drab to beautiful. Their employees are amazing, hard workers with excellent customer service. About six months ago we had some really strong winds come through and I figured by then this company would have forgotten about us but when I called and told them we had lost a shutter from the wind they were here the very next day and replaced it. This is definitely a great company to put your trust in because they will do it right and will have your back.
