I had some shingles blow off in the big wind last week. Called Bone Dry Roofing. They responded very quickly. Worked with their scheduler, Angela. She was very nice, courteous, and professional. Great phone demeanor They sent their sales rep, Jameson out. Demonstrated professionalism beyond his years. Did a thorough inspection of my roof, showed what needed to be done and gave me a couple estimates. I'm very impressed with their customer service. We got a couple of quotes before choosing Bone Dry. Low pressure sales, just presented the info. Price came in on par with one other local company. The third quote was from a huge roofing company new to Columbus market and their estimate was TWICE the cost as Bone Dry and the other company. The process was smooth and painless. They offered a fair payment process. They understood the apprehension of choosing the right color and left large sample boards and provided addresses of other installs so we could look at the colors on roofs in the area. They protected our property for tear off, sent photos of what they were doing as they were doing it and had a supervisor visit before and after installation.There were a couple of small imperfections we noticed and they took care of them before leaving. Very satisfied with work and the people we interacted with. Very professional.

Five or six years ago I had Bone Dry repair a roof that was leaking. The repair person determined where the leak was, and told me what the cost would be for the repair. Because it was under $500, I did not bother getting any other estimates. We scheduled the repair for later that week. He arrived when he had said, completed the work quickly, cleaned up so you couldn’t tell anything was ever done and we never had another problem. Fast forward to September 2019. I noticed a leak in our living room ceiling and immediately called Bone Dry and two additional highly rated companies. Realizing the age of the roof, I assumed it was close to the end of it’s useful life. Although I had all three companies bid on the exact same materials and work, Zach from Bone Dry came in $200 less than the next higher quote and $2,000 less than the highest quote. Based on my prior experience, the urgency that Zach understood I was feeling and the price he presented, it was an easy choice for me to make. A few days before the job was scheduled to begin, Zach explained everything I should expect, from the delivery of the materials, to the cleanup and walk around inspection. He even sent me a text the night before with a photo of Seth, who would be the jobs supervisor. From the very beginning of the job, Seth communicated with me and kept me apprized with their progress. He texted pictures on a regular basis to the point that my questions were answered before I could ask them. The crew worked dawn til dark for three straight days and the new roof looks fabulous. After our homes and cars, the new roof is the third most expensive purchase we’ve ever made. I feel totally confident that it will be protecting this house long after we are gone. And we plan to be here for many years.
