We needed a patio cover repair along with additional attic insulation, and roof inspection. Along the way they recommend the closing of gable ends to aid in attic ventilation. They gave us a proposal we felt good about. All interactions beginning with the initial visit and inspection and recommendations and completion of all phases of the work was great. Communications were prompt and professional. Every person was on time and thorough. After all the work was completed we had a couple questions and the lead supervisor personally came out and addressed our questions to our full satisfaction. Thanks to Russel, Donnie and sadly I forget the names of the 2 men who performed the insulation and gable enclosures. They too were on point with friendly and profession work. Highly recommend them all.

Russell Johnson was great to work with and very personable. He spent more time investigating our roof issue than any other company or contractor did, and I believe he found the solution to the leak. We also got new gutters with gutter guards, giving us peace of mind about it being better for our home and foundation. The financing options had reasonable terms as well, such as 3, 6 or 12 months same as cash (no interest, no payments).

Joe was awesome for the repair and throughout the entire roof replacement. Amy and Heather are an absolute pleasure to work with and have been very helpful through the entire insurance process as well. Everyone was professional, answered all my questions and made sure the work was completed to my expectations fully. There were a couple of minor bobbles along the way but everything was addressed in a timely fashion and I am totally satisfied with Bone Dry Roofing in every way. They worked well with my insurance company as this was weather related damage and completed the work in a professional manner in a very short time frame too.

Bone Dry Roofing, with Greg Ravlin Roofing, replaced my entire roof and decking in the Fall of 2024. The pricing was among the most affordable for a job of this size, I received 5 different quotes from companies around the Miami Valley. The workmanship, professionalism of the installation team, and leadership from the foreman Oscar’s and project lead Greg was outstanding. They communicated well with me and provided multiple updates throughout. The total project took less than two days. The team worked diligently and did it cut corners. I had a follow up issue inside the home around the hot water tank vent pipe and the team responded next day and tackled the problem until completed.
