I had several roofers come to my house to check a leak and figure out where it was coming from, Bone Dry was the most professional and knowlegeable company by far. They assessed where the leak was coming from and offered several options about roof repair and other possible issues that might come up, but didn't pressure me on anything. Since they've repaired the roof its rained twice and no leaks noticed whatsoever. very happy I chose them to help.

Excellent company. I had some storm damage, so I called Bone Dry after doing research on the quality of work done by local companies. Sam Ewen came out to take a look and give me an estimate. He was excellent and took time to listen to my concerns. Sam did a thorough job in inspecting my house and found some other items that I should address. He put together an itemized quote and spent time explaining each item. While I could not afford to do everything listed, I was able to get what I needed done at a reasonable price. I was impressed he did not pressure me and understood my limitations. I signed a contract and scheduled the work. On the day of the work, they contacted me ahead of time as to when they would arrive. I met the workers and they were kind and polite. They worked dilgently through the day to get the job done. There was no mess left behind and all of the work was done professionally. I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing!

Bone Dry Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof damaged by the wind. Because my roof shingles were discontinued Bone Dry negotiated with the insurance company to provide a new roof rather than repair the damaged area due to the match laws in Ohio. All of the employees were highly professional and able to help me understand the insurance paperwork and patiently answered my questions. I received images of the roofing as it progressed which is comforting since I was unable to see how the job was going. I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing!

Google Review: Bone Dry Roofing I’ve used Bone Dry Roofing on at least eight different projects, and they have been consistently outstanding every single time. My first experience was with their sales representative, John Strobl. He’s personable, understands the end goal, and always brings the right quote for the quality of work needed. I’ve never felt upsold—just well advised. On the job site, Josh Gibson (the superintendent) has been my main point of contact, and that level of communication is rare. I never had to deal directly with contractors or subcontractors—Josh stayed on site, sent daily progress photos, and kept me informed if anything unexpected came up (which can happen once a roof is opened up). He was always available by phone, and I was included in group messages with the office, which made everything seamless. Across all the projects, the process has been the same: John provides a competitive and accurate assessment and quote, Josh manages the job with clear communication, and Scott Peterson, the branch manager, stops by daily to make sure everything is meeting expectations. That level of oversight and customer care is hard to find. I can’t say enough about this company. From start to finish, on every project, you feel taken care of and supported through even the most challenging jobs. Highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing.

I have had a completely positive experience with Bone Dry Roofing from the moment of my first call for the emergency repair through a complete roof replacement. Joe was awesome for the repair and throughout the entire roof replacement. Amy and Heather are an absolute pleasure to work with and have been very helpful through the entire insurance process as well. Everyone was professional, answered all my questions and made sure the work was completed to my expectations fully. There were a couple of minor bobbles along the way but everything was addressed in a timely fashion and I am totally satisfied with Bone Dry Roofing in every way. They worked well with my insurance company as this was weather related damage and completed the work in a professional manner in a very short time frame too.
