After a tree fell on part of our house in May, I was forced file an insurance claim with our insurance provider. The next step was to find a reliable local company to do the work (roofing and gutters). I called multiple local contractors and either got no response, or lead times that were less than desirable. From the start, Bone Dry was responsive and the communication was stellar to the end. They really fought tooth and nail to help me hold my insurance provider to the letter of the law related to my coverage and what they were responsible for paying. They split the job in ways that made sense for me and their other customers and they stayed true to their timeliness which they scheduled with me from the start. The service was impeccable and the work is beautifully done with no mess left behind. I'm proud to support this local company and will continue to do so for as long as I live here.

Bone Dry Roofing did a super job replacing my gutters and siding at my house. Their prices were below local competitors and workmanship was high quality. They even helped me remove old, unused cable tv junction boxes that cluttered the side of my house. I've already recommended them to a work colleague!

We noticed some shingles in our yard after the storm. We called Bone Dry Roofing. They showed up the next day and did a thorough inspection. Russel was knowledgeable and very kind. I really appreciated that he took videos of the roof--it was clear he wanted to help us. Erica also was very helpful in communicating next steps and when services would be provided. And, extremely responsive. Due to our roof being exposed, they even worked hard to get our house on the critical list. Bone Dry Roofing, with Greg Ravlin Roofing, replaced my entire roof and decking in the Fall of 2024. The pricing was among the most affordable for a job of this size, I received 5 different quotes from companies around the Miami Valley. The workmanship, professionalism of the installation team, and leadership from the foreman Oscar’s and project lead Greg was outstanding. They communicated well with me and provided multiple updates throughout. The total project took less than two days. The team worked diligently and did it cut corners. I had a follow up issue inside the home around the hot water tank vent pipe and the team responded next day and tackled the problem until completed.
