This is our second time getting work done with Bone Dry. First was roofing and this time was roofing along with a full gutter replacement of our entire home! They did a great job! Quick, didn't leave a mess, and great communication. Austin gave us the quote and he was so informative! Answered all my questions and he too replied quick in email when I had more questions.

our recent purchase of a new roof, I guess the best way to describe Bone Dry in a single word is “professional”. It started with John our sales consultant who took ample time and went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were completely answered , everything from samples of different roof shingles to explaining everything in the process that would be happening ,as well as explaining his proposal in every detail. On the day of installation the Bone Dry team were efficiently covering all our landscaping, and taking special care for those extra special items.The work was started on time as specified, by a team that was efficient and professional,That made us feel confident in our choice.that were getting a good product and a good price by a skill installation team from start to finish. The project was handled incredibly professional From constant visits and information updates from the different managers that were associated with the project. I couldn’t recommend Bone Dry high enough if you’re in the market for a new roof this is the place to shop.

Bone dry put our roof on a few years ago. Lots of friends and family have used them so we felt confident in the choice. It was a smooth process, great communication, quality product, and they also improved our air flow ventilation. I immediately noticed no more roof flexing on windy days, which I loved. I sleep better knowing we have a new roof, no leaks, and no flexing. We had a concern about a year later. They came out, checked it, and fixed it right up same day. We had them out this week to install vents for the bathroom fans, which is now code. They quickly got us an estimate and were able to service us pretty quickly. I recommend Bone Dry whenever I hear someone is looking at getting a new roof. They’ve done several of our neighbors since ours. They’ve got great customer service and friendly employees for a larger operation, so you don’t feel like just another job.

Bone Dry Roofing performed 2 chimney tear-downs for 2 dormant chimneys on my property, and they also fixed the masonry and added a new chimney cap on the 1 active chimney. The team/work was very professional, timely, and priced fair. Any of the team members were happy to answer any questions I had and they were all knowledgeable. I would 100% use Bone Dry Roofing again for any masonry needs, and would consider for other roofing needs as well.

Bone Dry Roofing Review This is a long review, but it’s my honest opinion. I’ve been struggling to find the right words to describe how pleased I am with Bone Dry Roofing, so here are a few: professional, honest, forthright, trustworthy, transparent, upfront, straight shooters, kind, genuine, subject matter experts, a family. Bone Dry took care of me from my initial phone call, through and after the work was completed. As a first time home buyer, I’ve only owned this house for a year and, naturally, Helene came through and caused some bad leaks that insurance wouldn’t cover. This was one of the most stressful and expensive decisions I’ve had to make in my life, and Bone Dry got me through it in one piece. You want John Strobl as your account rep/inspector/quote estimator. When I initially called, there was a 3 week wait to be seen, but Bone Dry said they could put me on their cancellation list. I never thought they’d call me, but they did and had an opening they could squeeze me in. This opening was because John decided to go out and help me on a day he was scheduled to be in office, because his office told them I needed help, and John wanted to give it. He has taken such good care of me, wrote accurate on the spot quotes, sat me down to go through expectations and what this process will look like, and was available to text and call as needed, even when I suspect he was off the clock. (John, I hope they pay you well and honestly, they should pay you more :p) Anyways, I got six quotes from 6 roofers and John was the only one to quote me for a total re-decking (total replacement of the wood the shingles are nailed into). Everyone else included language saying any re-decking costs $XX per foot, which artificially lowers their quote. Watch out for this as re-decking is costly. John didn’t BS me and told me what needed to happen upfront and explained why, with supporting pictures. He was the only person to check under my 2nd floor siding and discovered there was no water barrier, so every time it rained, water would get in, even if I replaced the roof. He even noticed my bathroom was venting into my attic and said “while we’re at it, do you want us to vent your bathroom through the roof?” And of course I said YES! Like how did I not think of this myself? All in all, John quoted me on a total roof replacement, recapping and tuck-pointing my chimney, and replacing and water proofing my siding. This total package ensured me that I won’t have to deal with leaks anymore. John understood my ultimate need, to not have to deal with water leaks anymore. And this need was met. I’m truly blown away how fast everything was completed, and how well it was done. The first day they recapped and redid my chimney. The second day they totally replaced my roof on my house and my stand-alone garage. The third day they replaced and waterproofed my siding. The teams that came out were incredible and were obviously close with each other. My roof is steep, and they were working on it like it was nothing, like those mountain goats you see on Nat Geo. Bone Dry keeps you up to date on every step, and took pictures at every step. They were extra careful with my safety and the safety of my neighbors and their property. The only way I could afford this was through financing, which Bone Dry offers in house. I got a 10 year loan with okay rates, that is automatically paid to Bone Dry once your certificate of completion is given. And lastly, the shingles Bone Dry uses are somehow warrantied for 50 years. I didn’t believe it but they showed me the paperwork. Pretty much any issues at all are going to be covered for the rest of my life. Use Bone Dry Roofing. They’re worth the wait and if they’re a little more expensive, it’s because of genuine masterclass workmanship. I’m happy to be part of the Bone Dry Family. Thank you for taking care of me.
