The salesperson Ian was very personable and sweet. He went over everything with me and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. It took some time to get everything situated due to my insurance company and that our area had been hard hit by damaging storms in the spring. My son referred me to Bone Dry Roofing because he had used them and was very happy with their work. I recently had roof repair and will have both gutter and siding repairs still to be done by Bone Dry. I am glad that I can use only 1 one company instead of several companies to do all this work.

Had a roof repair need and searched for a resource to evaluate and remedy the problem. I contacted Bone Dry Roofing and explained my concerns. Within a few days, I arranged an inspection appointment with Jeremy Ardizzone. Very cordial and conscientious .He performed a very thorough inspection of the suspected roof problem and the related attic area and determined and photographed the areas for attention and repair. He prepared a very detailed repair plan proposal. Within several days, I obtained a repair technician appointment with Jason Winford. Jason too was very cordial and attentive and meticulous as he prepared and handled the repair. However, the replacement shingle color in the repair proposal was inaccurate when comparing the existing shingle color. Jason was quick to seek out a local supplier in order to procure and acquire the correct color shingle and to complete the repair. Jason “went the extra mile” to promptly get the correct shingle. He also did a very good and comprehensive cleanup. Very pleased with their efforts. Jason and Jeremy are two good technical resources for the company. Thomas Potter, Sr.

We had a wonderful experience with this company start to finish! They didn’t pressure us into more work than we needed like most of the companies who gave us quotes. They were adorable and fit us in weeks before they scheduled us! Thank you guys very much. We will be customers again no doubt.

Very happy with my new roof installation. Crew was very professional. They completely stripped my old roofing down to the wood and installed the new roof in one day. Completely cleaned up everything before they left. I have not found one nail on the ground! I like that they kept me updated throughout the day be sending me pictures of the progress. Very nice. Highly recommend Bone Dry and will use again next time I need roofing services.

Blake came out and did our estimate and he was extremely kind and helpful. He helped my Mom find the perfect color of shingles she wanted. Blake is the main reason my Mom chose to use this company. On the day of her roof install, the crew arrived around 7am and had the entire roof redone with a new sky light installed also in about 6 hours total. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof. Entire staff that we met were kind, friendly and hard working. Thank you Blake for all your help.
