We built our house in 2007 and dreaded the day that we would be putting on a new roof! A two-story home with an extremely high-pitched roof and three dormers, we feared the worst when it comes to price. We called three places to start with to get estimates, Bone Dry Roofing being the third one to come out. The first people that came were only there for About 10 minutes from what we saw on the Ring camera. He said we did not have to be there, which we weren’t, they never put a ladder up, so we don’t know how they inspected the roof to be able to give us a true estimate. The second place came while we were there went on the roof and came back down claiming we had all this hail damage. Our roof was not leaking, we were starting to find pieces of the roof on the ground after storms, but also knew that was from 18 years in the sun and weather. They were extremely eager to open up an insurance claim, even though we told them, we didn’t know if we were gonna go with them. We still had other people to get estimates from and they said that’s OK. All we ask is if the insurance company pays 100% that you let us put on your roof. Thank goodness for a good insurance lady that caught what they were up to and fixed it! So be very leery of the ones quick to wanting to open an insurance claim they have ulterior motives! So thank goodness Aaron from Bone Dry Roofing came to give us our estimate. He was so polite, letting us know exactly when he would be showing up, so very professional and knowing everything about their product and their company! He explained everything to us in terms that we understood and was completely honest with us. We called them because of their advertisements we saw on the billboards. Simple and straight to the point, your roof are reputation, to me that said at all! We knew we did not have to go any farther in getting estimates or looking for a trustworthy company,, bone dry had it all! They made their financing easy, their estimate come in $10,000 under the other two and no product was skimmed on! They showed up on a Monday morning, Tore the old roof off and started on the new roof while sending updates with pictures all day long while I was at work! It was wonderful to watch their quick progress! By the evening when I got home, the only thing left was a little bit of area on the garage and the cleanup! They had been very careful to cover windows walkway areas, indoors with big pieces of board so that nothing got tore up! The next morning they came back and was there for about 2 1/2 hours, finished the roof and all the cleanup to where you couldn’t even tell they had been there besides our beautiful new roof! Their work is so neat and amazing, we have had so many compliments on our roof! Two weeks ago, they came back and put up our new gutters, which they completely build on site at your house! They are such a beautiful addition, going Black to match the roof and trim! We are so very pleased with the professionalism and wonderful work that Bone Dry Roofing did for us! We have been telling everyone about them! Don’t waste your time with any other companies, just call and know that you are getting the best quality of work and products out there at the best price! My gutters and soffit look great! They explained everything really well to me and I got a quote on site instead of waiting weeks from other companies. When I did have concerns they were very responsive and understanding. They made sure everything was perfect before saying the job was finished. I would recommend them to anyone.

Due to major hail damage from an April storm I needed a new roof. Bone Dry crew came in and in one day totally replaced the roof. The supervisor and his crew were all very nice and helpful. They kept me updated on the progress during the day. Every was cleaned up when they were finished. I recommend them highly. Siding as you can see in the picture was also damaged. They will be replacing that in a couple of weeks.

Bone Dry did an excellent job on my roof. We had it shingled 15 years ago and the company that did it was negligent in installing proper flashing. Subsequently, we ended up having a major leak. When we signed the contract, my roof was scheduled a couple of weeks out, but we were due for some major rain, so Bone Dry sent out a guy to patch the area around the chimney where the leak was coming before they actually fix the roof. That was super helpful.. When it came time to do the work, they were in and out in one day. One of the great things about working with them is that you get updated photos during the process.
