Working with this company was a breeze! They were very informative, honest and gave me options for my roof repair. I went with a full replacement and I can't say enough great things about my experience with Bone Dry Roofing! Their office manager, Laura, was informative, super kind and helpful. Andy and James were awesome too and really took the time to explain things to me so I understood what they were doing and why. Their financing process is simple and I had an answer the same day I applied! They were able to get my roof installed just a week after my initial consultation and all work was completed the same day! They sent me pictures and updates throughout the installation process and made sure it was safe when I needed to leave to take my child to school. They spent extra time making sure no nails or material were left behind because they know I have a small child and a dog who plays out back. Overall I rate Bone Dry Roofing 100/10 and would recommend them to anyone who needs work on their roof!! An awesome experience and I am very satisfied!

They were very thorough with the information and were fast responding to questions. The work they did was excellent. They took time to make sure nothing was left behind. Came back to look over work and found some touch up work to do. Very courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend Dry Bone to family and friends.

Bone Dry did an excellent job on my roof. We had it shingled 15 years ago and the company that did it was negligent in installing proper flashing. Subsequently, we ended up having a major leak. When we signed the contract, my roof was scheduled a couple of weeks out, but we were due for some major rain, so Bone Dry sent out a guy to patch the area around the chimney where the leak was coming before they actually fix the roof. That was super helpful.. When it came time to do the work, they were in and out in one day. One of the great things about working with them is that you get updated photos during the process. I’ve shared some of those here.

When I reached out to Bone Dry, I immediately received communication back, as well as an appointment for someone to come access the damage to my roof. The sales person arrived on time and thoroughly investigated. He even went into my attic. He gave me an estimate, went over the pictures of what he found. I agreed to the price and the work was scheduled. On the day of the job, the installed reached out to give me an ETA. He was on time, courteous, and took lots of pictures of the process. Communication with Bone Dry is very professional and good. My roof is repaired and I am very happy. Would definitely use again.
