Bone Dry Roofing showed up on time, did quality work for a reasonable amount. I needed some rotten wood replaced in the bird boxes or pork chops in the outside corner of the house, just under the roof, which had been previously eaten by squirrels and patched up twice poorly by me years ago. Now the wood is new, strong and sealed up properly. Bone Dry even put some extra barrier inside (metal plate or metal mesh, I can't recall) to help keep squirrels and other things out in the future. (The pest problem was years ago and thankfully didn't have a chance to get started again since I have been keeping close eye on it, so I think I'll be good.) I'm relieved to have that corner back up to strength. One other thing I appreciated about Bone Dry is that they said they couldn't piecemeal repair one other roof issue I have because it's already been badly previously patched by someone else with sealant over two layers of shingles. They suggest they could help do a full roof replacement, since I already have the second layer of shingles (more than that is unsafe). The reason I like that is that the roofers previous that I didn't think did a very good job were the ones that put on that sealant, and the leak really never did stop. Because I got a good impression from Bone Dry I'd consider them for the roof. They gave me a ballpark estimate and I'm making plans for this next year, which was kind of expected and part of why it was kind of fortunate to have a little job for them to look at so I could try them out (the corner carpentry they did for me on the front of the house is good and looks strong). I think their approach on what not to do because it's not viable (fix that other leak) is from their experience so that's why I'd consider them when it's time to do the roof and I'll keep using them for any carpentry up under the roof.

Huge shoutout to Garrett and his team at Bone Dry Roofing. I had an urgent roof leak pop up around a skylight on a rental property right before rain was supposed to hit. Garrett was incredibly responsive, came right out, and knew exactly how to patch it up to keep the place dry. It’s hard to find a Nashville roofer this reliable. I had a great experience with Bone Dry. They performed a roof replacement and attic ventilation upgrade for us, and throughout the entire project, from the initial roof inspection to project closeout and beyond, they were thorough, responsive, courteous, and professional.
