During the last week of January, Bone Dry hosted our annual company training in Indianapolis. All of our staff from all 12 locations across 6 states came together at our headquarters for training, certifications and a blood drive. During the week, staff was split into groups and moved from classroom to classroom for updated teachings and hands-on training on roofing products, roofing installation, skylights, insulation, interiors/exteriors, desktop applications, internal CRM software and more. Additionally, all drivers renewed their DOT certifications and the entire staff participated in CPR/First Aid/AED training and certifications through the Red Cross. Lastly, the Indiana Blood Center hosted a blood drive in our gym, where we exceeded their goal for blood donations. We’ve always been known for giving back and for our community involvement and I believe this is an extension of that effort. Below are a few pictures from Bone Dry’s annual winter training for 2013. At Bone Dry, we think that taking this extra step to provide annual training is one of the many things that sets our company apart. Employees have the opportunity to advance their knowledge and bounce questions and ideas off one another. As our company continues to grow, this week also gave us a chance to get to know each other, especially those that work in other offices, and work together more effectively.
