In early spring 2025 Bone Dry Roofing did a Full Masonry chimney Rebuild at our residence. The masons who did the work did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the work. Miles came out and gave us a reasonable quote and Michael Stevens the masonry division manager was very professional. We were sent updates and photos of the work at every stage which was very nice and very assuring. Everyone we interacted with from Bone Dry Roofing was very pleasant to talk to and customer oriented. Communication about where my house was in the “pecking order”, along with before, during, and after the job was done was EXCELLENT. Our experience with Bone Dry Roofing was outstanding. From start to finish the process was flawless. Michael came to our home and gave us a detailed estimate with photos and within 1 week the technicians were out making the repair. After the repair was completed we received photos showing the work that was completed on our roof. A few days later we had a storm come through and we noticed another issue that we thought was related to the repair. We contacted Michael and he came back out to inspect and ended up adding caulk around one of our roof vents for no charge. Thank you Bone Dry!
