Very pleased with the quality work, the techs that completed the work, and the overall communication throughout the entire process. When calling in, I expressed a need to get the work done as soon as possible. The scheduler couldn’t immediately accommodate and promise to do his best to add me to the schedule. To my surprise, I received a message the following day and Bone Dry Roofing was able to work with my schedule!

From beginning to end Bone Dry made a stressful situation manageable. I had been away for 3 weeks and came back to an active leak into my attic and dripping on to a closet ceiling. I had known that my roof was older and would need replacing, but the torrential rain we’ve been having necessitated that it be done immediately. Thankfully Bone Dry came to the rescue, their sales consultant Nick was promptly scheduled for a visit and we went over my options. I eventually chose to not only replace my roof but to also upgrade and get new gutters with guards, new insulation in the attic, as well as a new custom made chimney chase cover (original was rusted through). Every aspect of the work was thoroughly explained to me and communication was excellent regarding scheduling for each of the jobs. All of the workers were courteous and professional. Even the one small unfortunate blip that occurred was handled really well. My original choice of gutter color was discontinued by supplier so after I got the news from Nick, Bone Dry’s manager Mike stopped by with alternative color choices. I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing, especially since they are a local Lexington company and have a stellar reputation.

The Bone Dry team was friendly and courteous throughout the whole project…very helpful with any questions. I got 6 other quotes before choosing Bone Dry and I think I got the best deal with Bone Dry. I was well pleased with the color choices and quality and warranty and I do believe that I got the best price for the entire project out of all the quotes. Initially with the other sales calls for quotes the salesmen wasted a lot of my time talking it up with stuff I didn’t care to hear. With Bone Dry they told me exactly what I needed to hear no bull. Seemed the most honest of all. The installers were pleasant people and they worked quickly and the end result looked great. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I hired Bone Dry Roofing to address a leak around a vent pipe on my roof. The company also inspected my roof, completed additional repairs to the roof, replaced a rusting chimney chase, and installed gutter guards on my steep roof. They documented all work with photographs. Coordination between Bone Dry Roofing and my HVAC team was efficient, ensuring smooth progress on the roof repair caused by the leak. Every employee I interacted with, including Maxwell, Alex, and office staff, was courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. Communications via email and text were addressed promptly. Their willingness to work with my HVAC company contributed to a smooth and successful project.
