I hired Bone Dry to replace all the gutters and downspouts on my 1960's residential home. They came out and conducted a thorough inspection and estimate in a timely manner. Their pricing was a little higher than the other two estimates I got from other companies at the time, but the selling points for me were their customer service, explanation of product types and options, and a promise for quality using Bone Dry employees to complete the work. After the materials arrived, they scheduled an installation date and knocked everything out in one day. The installation team was fast, courteous, and professional, even taking care to ensure nothing was left behind to be stepped on by children or pets. They kept a very clean job site and were detail-oriented, explaining how my new gutter guards worked and methods for seasonal inspection and cleaning. They did an outstanding job, and I would definitely hire them for more projects in the future or recommend them to family and friends. It was well worth paying a little extra to get a quality product and installation.

They matched the insurance claim price, the team was very professional, work was high quality, and when we had an issue with skylight availability, they were focused on solving the issue and handling the challenge. Bone Dry did a great job tuckpointing my stone chimney, replacing the cover and cleaning my gutters. They communicated throughout the process and worked with me on what I had budgeted for the project. It looks great! Will definitely use them again for other roofing/chimney needs.

Purchased remodeled home but an inspection showed that water runoff on roof was likely gathering along my chimney seam. Bone Dry solved the problem by creating a cricket. Now the water runs off the front and back of the house. The work crew was considerate and they finished the job in three hours!
