We have no issues with the 2 jobs we had Bone Dry do. The first was a roor repair and the second was soffit repair in 2 places that was damaged by squirrels. Both repairs were done quickly and professionally and all debris cleaned up and removed. The techs were polite and respectful of the property and very knowledgeable. And as a side note, their price was actually the lowest of the estimates I got. I think we chose wisely in going with Bone Dry.

Bone dry did a great job. They came out for an inspection. Helped me understand the issues we were having and in a few weeks all work was completed. The day of the big roofing event was a sight to see. Great work overall. The customer support throughout the process was top notch. They cleaned up very well even gave my neighbor their card in case they had any issues with debris. They cleaned up so well, can’t imagine there will be a problem. I’d give them five stars plus if I could.

I had a great experience with Bone Dry and would highly recommend them! Originally, a Brody Allen rep came to my door to let me know that I would not be enjoying my tax return, because I needed a new roof, so I began the process. Upon his return, he came with a supervisor and they, along with the insurance adjuster, walked around my house, inspecting issues that needed to be addressed. During this, I overheard the supervisor tell the rep that he didn't need to be honest with me, with the rep saying something along the lines of "well if she asks, I'm going to tell her." While I greatly appreciated the guy with integrity who spent time with me trying to figure out the insurance side of things, I'm not going to work with someone who wants to hide things and be dishonest, so I went elsewhere. I had ZERO issues with Bone Dry. Travis was great and talked to me like I'm another human being rather than a sale. The crew worked quickly and did a great job cleaning up. They had to remove decorative lights to lay down tarps and they put them all back, which isn't difficult, but much appreciated. Communication was great from the whole team and they answered any questions I had. This was my first time through this process and I'd be hard-pressed to use a different company. For readers, the price listed was total, including paid from insurance. It also included some ventilation work as well, so this is likely on the higher end when JUST looking at the cost of a new roof installation.

Great service all the way through. Easy financing. Great communication. I was afraid to face the reality of my aging, crumbling roof, but Bone Dry made replacing it simple, easy, and affordable. Can't recommend highly enough.
