Full disclosure: as of January, of the two things needing done only half has been due to weather conditions and scheduling, will update as everything gets finished So far I'm very happy with everything. They sent a guy and he immediately identified what was wrong with my leaky roof and got a fair priced estimate for what I needed (plus gutter protection). The man who came to patch the roof and put some new flashing in did so very quickly along with sending progress pictures the entire time, which I really appreciated since I was at work. I've yet to get the gutter guards installed but that wait was explained up front so no issue there.

Blake came out and did our estimate and he was extremely kind and helpful. He helped my Mom find the perfect color of shingles she wanted. Blake is the main reason my Mom chose to use this company. On the day of her roof install, the crew arrived around 7am and had the entire roof redone with a new sky light installed also in about 6 hours total. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof. Entire staff that we met were kind, friendly and hard working. Thank you Blake for all your help. Also would like to thank the crew who did the install.

Bone Dry did an incredible job repairing our masonry & replacing several bricks for our 100 year house. They also replaced the flashing & a portion of shingles. They matched everything up so well you can’t even tell anything was repaired. We’re very happy customers. Definitely 5 stars.

My roof replacement was done quickly and done well, the results look great as well. Overall good experience. It seems their internal communication needs to improve a little as there were a few points where I was told something would happen but ended up being delayed for some reason, but I understand keeping tabs on the crews is difficult and weather plays a factor. All is well, I'm a reasonable person. Shane Cox was my salesman and was good to work with for the consultation portion. I was then moved to communication with production management, scheduling staff, and the jobsite foreman all on one text line which made things nice and simple. I will be going with them to do my detached garage soon as well.
