Bone Dry replaced a sagging gutter for me. They did such an amazing job, the turn around time was quick, their customer service was above and beyond, like true customer service that barely exists anymore. I really appreciated the updates leading up to the job and the follow up after. I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing if you want to be treated right.

I needed some gutter repairs and minor roof work done after having Solar installed. I reached out to several companies, and Bone Dry was one of the first companies that was quick, responsive and positive that they could do what I needed.. The arrived the next day to inspect and not only could fix what i needed, they also found some additional recommendations that, while a larger scope than I initially expected, were in-line with not only fixing my roof and gutters, would extend the life of any roof and also lower the costs to run my HVAC system. The did an excellent job with the gutter clean-out and repairs, and the new active attic venting they recommended has already resulted in my HVAC unit running cooler and more efficiently. The quality of the roofing repairs is excellent - you can't tell where they did the work, the roof looks the same - the workmanship was excellent and the materials the same high-quality that was already installed. Overall, they do great work. The crew is friendly, care about your property, keep you informed every step of the way, and work hard. They completed what would have taken any other company several days in just one - one long day to be sure, but they confirmed I was good with that and they worked to get the project done.. they were very diligent during the repairs as to impact to my house, property and family - we had no issues and the site was immaculate when they left.

Jojo, the forman and the crew Jose, Raul, Marvin and Ignacio were respectful, friendly and did an efficient job preparing for the work and clean-up after the work!! I was amazed that it only took 1 day. They did a professional, efficient job. Daniel who was very patient with me and my anxiety, was in constant contact with me, answered and was very helpful with every question I had. The team at the office Hamilton, Rachel, and everyone there were kind and helped me with all this insurance and roofing stuff, Thank you! Bone Dry did a great job with getting our gutters repaired as well as fixing some damage to the roof. Daniel Kading was our project manager and he was on top of everything and was always available. He was never pushy and was also very patient with my timeline. He also worked with me on alternate options to keep our cost low. He was also able to help me take advantage of an offer for 0% financing for 12 months. Once we were scheduled, Bone Dry's communication was great with them reaching out weekly to let us know we were still on the schedule. On the day of install, Jojo and Chris came out to do the work. They talked through the plan before working, sent me images throughout the work and were very friendly and easy to talk to. My 3 year old loved watching and they were nice and welcoming to him asking questions, ha. They got the job done quick and cleaned up everything to the point where it looked like they were never there. We also received photos and a video of the completed work. Lastly, a separate inspector from Bone Dry came out two days later to verify the work. All in all I would definitely recommend Bone Dry to anyone looking for roof repair.
