My husband found Bone Dry Roofing, when we discovered a soft spot in the flat room (above our Florida Room). Bone Dry (Henry) was the first of several companies that responded to our inquiry. Henry arrives and did a thorough inspection of the room and then sat down with me to review the pictures and estimate. We confirmed the proposal and scheduled repair for ~2-3 weeks. The crew arrived on Tuesday, July 28th and finished on Thursday, July 30th. We had the flat room above the Front Door and Florida Room repaired with TPO, a gutter covered, and new gutter installed. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the entire team; I received pictures daily of the progress and was in continuous discussions with the on-site Supervisor. The team was in branded company vehicles, wore branded clothing, and all were very kind. I do not know the cost comparison to other roofers as I chose not to get multiple estimates (personal choice), but what I will say is I feel I received exactly what I paid for - excellent service, professionally, and all hands-on deck. I would highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing!

Bone Dry originally came out to give an estimate on a leaking back porch on the home we just bought. As I spoke with Henry (he needs a raise, very engaged throughout the process and super helpful) we noted some roof issues and got options for a new roof. After a heavy storm and unexpected leaks, we decided on a full replacement. We had scheduled the work for late August, but the Bone Dry crew was able to push the work up several weeks early to help us out. The crews worked exceptionally hard under difficult weather conditions, cleaned up every day, and did a wonderful job. The roof looks fantastic, and every person I dealt with in the company was polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Bone Dry Roofing just completed my new roof and gutters, and the experience far surpassed my expectations. First, the evaluation of my roof was done by Henry, who showed me via video and pictures all the areas of concern. Second, the quote was prompt, detailed, and understandable. I was very hesitant on picking a good roofing contractors, because we have been burned in the past. Greg came to our home with his sales pitch and did an amazing job because we decided to go with Bone Dry. He was courteous, professional, and really understood his product. He told us how the process would work with this company and how detailed they were. All things feel into place with ease and they began the project on 2/26. I met with the project manager Israel on 2/26 and he explained the process to me. The crew was very organized and very clean with the work. They laid tarps throughout my property to prevent debris from collecting, covered all my screens, and placed scaffolding over my AC unit. At the end of the day they cleaned up all of there material and cleaned thoroughly and took a magnet around the property to endure nails were picked up. You wouldn't even realize any work was being done at the end of the day. That how clean they were. The project took two days, which included an inspection. At the end of the project I inspected the roof to find a flawless job. I was expecting to find debris in my gutters, but they were even cleaner than before they started. I would recommend this company 100% for anyone needed a rood on their home!
